Day 10: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

I think we're on day 10 now of this experiment and on day 5 of the healing process.

As you can see above it's healed quite a bit but you can certainly still notice it and the pink area around it. There is still a very small scab over where the mole used to be but it's gradually disappearing.

Again as I am photographing the area with my phone and using a flash to get a better picture it does make the area look worse than it actually is.

I expect in about a week it should be barely noticeable at all, fingers crossed.

Day 7: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

On day 7 now and the second day of healing. Just thought I would give a quick update on the process for people following along.

As you can see above the redness has begun to calm down and turn a sort of pink colour, good sign! The crater is almost completely flat now and has just turned into a scab. Will leave it alone to prevent it from scarring permanently.

Comments are welcome below also, I will reply to anybody who has any questions. More picture updates in the next few days.

Day 6: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

This is day 6 and I can already see that it's starting to heal pretty nicely.

The crater in my skin is already beginning to shrink and become less noticeable. The flash from the camera also makes it look worse than it is if you had to see it in real life.

Just thought I would update you as it is healing pretty fast and the redness should begin to calm down soon also.

May update again tomorrow or at least in the next few days with more pictures.

Day 5: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

Just a few hours after half the mole had disappeared in the shower, I decided to pick the rest of it off. As it felt just like a scab the mole actually came off pretty easily without me using much force.

As you can see there is now crater in my skin but don't be alarmed as it is only about 1 or 2 layers. This will heal up nicely if I keep the area clean. To do this I am going to be using soap and warm water twice a day and to keep the area from getting infected I am going to be using Germolene and a band aid.

Will keep you updated in a few days on how it's looking.

Day 5: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

I am now on day number 5 and everything is still going good.

As you can see from the picture above about half the mole is gone. This must have happened when I was in the shower this morning. Will be keeping a close eye on it the rest of today and will continue the process of using the ACV.

I have came across a guide/programme online called Moles, Wart & Skin Tags Removal: How To Remove Moles, Warts & Skin Tags In 3 Days for only $37 with a 60 day money back guarantee. It seems alot more in depth than this website could ever be and would be a no risk worth while investment.

Day 4: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

We're now on day 4 of removing this mole and it's going great.

As you can see from the picture above the mole has become really discoloured and it's not so black any more. The texture of the mole has changed and it's become rather crusty, almost like a scab.

The redness around the mole has become a little worse but it's just from the irritation from the Apple Cider Vinegar. I'm not too worried about it as I feel it will fade once I stop applying it to the area. There is no more blood when roughing it up with the needle also which is good.

Pleased at how fast this is working and I now feel like it's going to be successful.

Day 3: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

Well it's day 3 of the mole removal process and the results are definitely showing.

The mole has become even darker in the middle and it has become slightly discoloured itself. I also noticed it has become less flat than in was before. Good or bad sign? I'm not so sure yet. I've repeated the same process as I have before, take a look at the previous posts for further information.

The application of the ACV stung a little as it did before but it's not as noticeable any more. The read marks situated near the mole is just from the band aids I have been placing over it.

All in all everything is going according to plan.

Day 2: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

Here we go, day 2 of the mole removal with Apple Cider Vinegar.

As you can see above the ACV is definitely having an affect on the mole. The centre of it has turned ever so slightly black and around the outside of the mole has gone at little red from the ACV touching the skin. Not worried about that though and glad to see that this is actually working.

I did the same process as yesterday by scratching the mole with a sewing needle, surrounding the outside skin with Vaseline to reduce redness, applying some ACV with a cotton bud, cutting a tiny square just larger than the mole itself and dipping it into the ACV until it was soaked through then applying it over the top of the mole and placing a band aid on top to keep it in place.

This process was again repeated in the morning for 1 hour, about 5pm for 1 hour and again before bed in which I kept it on overnight. The mole did bleed again slightly when roughing it up with the needle and it stung when the ACV made contact with the skin but nothing to sore, mostly just uncomfortable.

So far it is looking good, fingers crossed.

Day 1: Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

This is the first day in the process of removing my mole on my left arm. The mole in question is not a flat one but raised slightly. I went out and bought everything I would need. This is a list of what I used:

  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Sewing Pin
  • Cotton Buds
  • Vaseline
  • Plasters
  • Cotton Wool Pads

The first thing I did was use Vaseline to surround the skin around the outside of the mole to avoid the ACV from making contact with the skin and minimise the redness it would cause. I then took a sewing pin and roughed the mole up a little till it bled slightly. This would allow the ACV to penetrate the mole more and would in turn speed up the process.

I then poured a small amount of the ACV into the cap from the bottle and dipped a cotton bud into it. Once the cotton was soaked in the stuff I applied it over the top of the mole, moving it from side to side as if I was wiping it in. I then took some scissors and cut a tiny square off of the Cotton Wool Pad which was just slightly bigger than the mole and dipped that in the ACV until it was soaked through.

I placed the soaked square of Cotton Wool on top of the mole and placed a plaster directly over the top of it. I repeated this process 3 times, once in the morning, once half way through the day and before I went to bed(left it on the full night). In the morning and during the day I only kept it on my skin for 1 hour. This is what I am going to do everyday until this little bad boy is gone, hopefully.

Please note when I applied the ACV to my skin it did sting a little but this proves that the process is working.

Removing A Mole With Apple Cider Vinegar

Hi there and welcome to Remove Your Moles blog. I have set this blog up to show the world if it is possible to remove your moles with the use of Apple Cider Vinegar.

After reading many different website blogs, articles and watching YouTube videos on how to removal your moles I discovered that this could be done naturally at home and not only at the doctors or dermatologists. I began noticing that a lot of people we're talking about Apple Cider Vinegar and how this can be used as a solution.

As I became more curious if this could remove some moles that have been bothering me for some time, I decided to purchase myself a bottle of ACV(Apple Cider Vinegar) from Amazon.co.uk. The brand I decided to choose was Bragg's as the reviews we're all very positive and it is known to be the leading brand. It is an all natural product and is made from 100% Organic Apples.

I have chosen a mole on my arm that I would like to test it on first. As it is on the inside of my left arm you can't notice it unless I had to turn my arm around slightly and pointed it out. So this is perfect for me to start off with and experiment with the ACV.

I have started the process already and am currently on day 4 and the results are looking good. I will be uploading pictures later this week to show everyone how it's going so far.

Please remember if you are attempting to do this to any of your moles, please get them checked by a doctor first in case you are removing a "dangerous" mole that could be cancerous. Do this at your own discretion and only if you feel totally comfortable doing so. Any harm or scarring caused to yourself by following this blog would be as a result of your own actions.

Thanks
